This is the last section of the build. Here we close up the bottom and top of the case.

Directions

1. Line up the front bottom panel with the front base.

2. Use four (4) M3 x 8mm screws to attach the panel.

3. Use the same procedure for the rear bottom panel with four (4) more M3 x 8mm screws.

Lid(s)

The example below uses a single, long lid. The procedure for installing two short lids is the same and requires no additional fasteners.

Note

The stock carry handle is illustrated, but there is also a version of the handle for heat set inserts.

Directions

1. Place the handle over the screw holes in the center of the lid.

2. Flip the lid over and fasten the handle in place with two (2) M3 x 8mm screws.

3. Place the assembled lid on top of the case. The lid is reversible.

4. Use eight (8) M3 x 6mm screws to attach the lid.
